MOD-Loudspeakers (for these terms and conditions known as ‘the seller’)
Agreement
As a user and/or the customer of the seller’s website you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Where the customer is acquiring the product for the purpose of business then the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply. Any warranty’s expressed within these terms and conditions does not affect the customers rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Errors or Omissions
The seller may at any time correct any errors in marketing, pricing, written quotations or information.
Description of Products
The seller will display product images and descriptions as provided by the manufacturer.
Should this information not be reliable the seller will not be responsible and is not liable to upgrade
any product.
Third party content and links
The seller from time to time may provide hyper links, reviews, comments or blogs to or from third party sources. The opinions expressed and their contents are not necessarily the view of the seller.
Any third party wishing to provide a link to or from the seller’s web site must obtain written consent

Out of Stock & Backordered product
The seller endeavours to display correct product stock. Occasionally a product may be out of stock when an order is placed, the seller will place the product on back order and inform the customer of estimated time of arrival. The customer may cancel the order if this is not suitable.
Return of faulty product or credits
Return shipping of items for credit or for Warranty claim is the responsibility of the customer. The customer shall ensure the product is suitably packaged to avoid damage in transit.
For warranty returns, upon receiving the product they will be inspected for cause of the fault, should the product have a manufacturing fault, we will ship you a replacement unit at no charge.
If incorrect product has been dispatched the seller will arrange at their cost return freight.
Product returned for store credit must be returned in original condition and in original seal within 7 days. Credits will be issued within 30days. Please contact the seller prior to returning any product.
New Zealand Warranties
The seller offers manufacturer back warranty on all products for a minimum of 12 months from date of purchase. Should a like replacement product no longer be available a comparable product or credit will be offered.
Warranty exclusions
The customer will ensure that the product being purchased is suitable for the intended purpose.
Any manufacturer’s warranty is void and will not cover any damage caused by (but not limited to) over driving (for any audio driver), any unauthorised modification or adjustment, misuse or mishandling. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and not transferable.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
The seller reserves the right to modify, update or add to the terms and conditions at any time. The seller will always advise here of any changes.
